How It Works

We Use a Straight Forward Approach

  • We offer financing to rural land investors
  • We finance deals between $2,000 – $40,000 acquisition price
  • You will receive approval for financing in 48 businesses hours or less

We will get back to you in 48 hours or less.

  1. You secure a signed purchase agreement from your seller
  2. You submit your deal in the “Tell Us About Your Deal” tab
  3. We promptly underwrite your deal and respond with any questions
  4. We send you your partnership agreement for your review and signature
  5. We fund your land deal

Two Models to Choose From

Partnership Model – We fund your deal and you’re in the driver seat managing the acquisition, marketing, and sales process. Profits are split 60% to you (Land Investor) and 40% to Liberty Capital.

Joint Venture Model – You bring us your deal and we manage it from there. We handle funding, acquisition, marketing, and sales and send you a check when the sale is complete. Profits are split 40% to you (the Land Investor) and 60% to Liberty Capital.

Splits in both models are calculated as Sales Price – Capital Invested = Profit. Just that simple.
